Set along the water and surrounded by mature trees, Berry House offers a rare sense of space and privacy while remaining close to everything Orlando has to offer. Days here tend to move outdoors — to the lawn, the pool terrace and the lake beyond.

Private guest apartment

The upstairs apartment is yours alone for the length of your stay, with its own entrance off the patio stairs.

Pool & spa

A heated pool with a slide, a raised spa and loungers under the umbrellas, shared with the household.

Outdoor spaces

A covered patio, lawn and lakeside seating, with fire pits and shaded tables for slow evenings.

EV charging

A complimentary Level 2 charger on the side of the garage; an adapter is available for non-Tesla vehicles.

Pet friendly grounds

Well-behaved pets are welcome on the grounds; the house rules cover what we ask of you and them.

Outdoor recreation

Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, bicycles and yard games kept on the property for guests to borrow.
